We want you to be completely satisfied with our software. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for software licenses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number and the email address associated with your account in your request.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment (via Stripe). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exceptions

Refunds requested after the 14-day window will be considered at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds for any services already rendered or custom development work unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
